As Cubs fan, it’s take a couple times to get over the big cardinal in cardinal cleaning, but they do an excellent job. They do my house once a month and are extremely flexible if I need to change the day or time. It’s affordable and I’d suggest any man, especially men living alone in your 20s and 30s, to use cardinal cleaning.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Your choice! You are welcome to be home if you prefer, but it’s not necessary. Many clients give us access to their home through keys, garage codes, or smart locks, allowing them to go about their day while we handle the cleaning. If you choose to be away, we will follow instructions to ensure your home is secure when we leave.
How do I prepare for my cleaning?
• Clearing away clutter helps us for easier access.
• Emptying sinks so that we can make it shine!
• Secure pets in a safe area to avoid accidents. Eventually we will become very accustomed to your four-legged babies.

How much does your cleaning service cost?
Pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of service you need, animals, children and special requests. We aim to offer competitive prices that reflect the quality and professionalism of our service while keeping it very affordable to our customers.
Am I under any contract when using your services?
Not in the least! You are free to adjust, pause, or cancel your cleanings at any time without worrying about being locked into a contract. Our goal is to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
Frequency of cleaning depends on your household’s needs and lifestyle. If you have a busy schedule, pets, or children, more frequent cleaning (weekly or bi-weekly) might be the best choice. Monthly cleanings can work well for those with less daily activity. One-time deep cleans are great for special occasions and seasonal cleans may be your choice in sprucing homestead up. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you determine the perfect schedule to ensure satisfaction.
Understand! Plans can and do change. If you need to re-schedule or cancel, please let us know and we will happily adjust your appointment.
What if something gets broken during my cleaning?
Accidents are rare, but if something does happen, the technician will let our office know right away, and we’ll contact you as soon as possible to make things right whether that involves repairing or replacing the item. We are licensed, insured and bonded for that protection.
Of course! We arrive fully equipped with all the supplies needed to clean your home from top to bottom. We believe in eco-friendly products which are safe from homes with children and pets. Each home receives fresh cleaning tools – micro-fiber cloths, and mop heads—to avoid cross-contamination. If you have specific products for us to use, we will ensure the service professional is informed.
How do I pay and is payment secure?
Payments are easy! We set up a securely stored email link which is billed monthly to you. Once email is sent – simply click on the link and put in your bank routing and account number. We accept cash or check which can be given or left for the service professional. We prioritize your privacy and security at every step.
Can I leave cleaners a tip?
Absolutely! Tips are never expected, but they are always appreciated. You can leave cash for the service professional or add a tip to your check. Tipping is a great way to show your appreciation if you feel your service professional did an exceptional job. So whether it’s the first clean, every clean, every six months are once a year – cleaners are very grateful.
