Each home receives fresh cleaning tools – micro-fiber cloths, and mop heads—to avoid cross-contamination. If you have specific products for us to use, we will ensure the service professional is informed.

How do I pay and is payment secure?

Payments are easy! We set up a securely stored email link which is billed monthly to you. Once email is sent – simply click on the link and put in your bank routing and account number. We accept cash or check which can be given or left for the service professional. We prioritize your privacy and security at every step.

Can I leave cleaners a tip?

Absolutely! Tips are never expected, but they are always appreciated. You can leave cash for the service professional or add a tip to your check. Tipping is a great way to show your appreciation if you feel your service professional did an exceptional job. So whether it’s the first clean, every clean, every six months are once a year – cleaners are very grateful.
